Maintain contact throughout the duration of the project and respond to all requests for modifications to the original contract. Maintain contract document archives to facilitate the performance of such work
Warranty
We guarantee the labor on all repairs completed by ServiceMaster Assured Cleaning, on your property for a period of One Year from the completion date. All Material is covered by manufacturers warranty.
Our warranty applies to the person who owned the building at the time of service and is not transferable under any circumstances.
