Repair / Reconstruction

From The Ground Up

ServiceMaster Restore works with Property Owners, Insurance Companies, Tenants, Subcontractors and Suppliers to rebuild properties after disaster strikes. Our crews respond quickly to emergency situations and restore residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, wind, vandalism and other natural and man-made disasters.

Once the fire is extinguished, the smoke clears, the water is extracted, and the initial damages are stabilized, our highly trained Project Management team springs into action. We effectively manage and conduct all phases of the reconstruction process from initial stages of clean up through comprehensive reconstruction to final walk-through.

We Work For You

With over 30 years of restoration and construction experience, the ServiceMaster Restore Construction Services Division can evaluate, estimate, and facilitate the re-construction process.

Our rebuild and reconstruction teams are professional and appreciate your desire to get your life back to normal.

If your reconstruction services are the result of an insurance claim, our management team will work with your insurance carrier to create a detailed estimate using the latest software packages such as Xactimate 28 or  Symbility.  Once an estimate is prepared and if applicable approved by the insurance carrier, ServiceMaster will prepare a Service Contract for you detailing the scope of work and other requirements for the job.  Work begins with a signed contract and deposit.  If your mortgage company is involved,  our management team can help you communicate with them to process paperwork.

Efficient & Reliable

With highly skilled craftsman at the helm such as Journeyman carpenters, flooring installers with many years of experience, a Master Licensed Electrician, and detail oriented finish carpenters, we can guarantee the high quality restoration project that the insurance companies ask for and the home owners demand! Rest assured that ServiceMaster Restore can handle any size loss in a timely manner while maintaining a lower cost to the insured and the insurance carrier.
