If your reconstruction services are the result of an insurance claim, our management team will work with your insurance carrier to create a detailed estimate using the latest software packages such as Xactimate 28 or Symbility. Once an estimate is prepared and if applicable approved by the insurance carrier, ServiceMaster will prepare a Service Contract for you detailing the scope of work and other requirements for the job. Work begins with a signed contract and deposit. If your mortgage company is involved, our management team can help you communicate with them to process paperwork.
