When I discovered that we had a significant amount of mold in a wood panelled spare bedroom, I was quite upset. As a realtor, I had had some experience with mold removal contractors who take advantage of worried homeowners. I didn't need to worry with ServiceMaster Restore AC. They recommended a course of action that got rid of the mold, cleaned our belongings, and most importantly, located the source of the problem. Everyone on the demolition and cleaning crews was friendly, professional and careful with our furniture and other things. They arrived promptly and the project moved along quickly. Throughout the project, Skip gave me a lot of information about mold and how to prevent it in the future. He found the source of the water infiltration so that we could fix it. We look forward to having a new mold-free guest room in the future! Many thanks to the whole team at ServiceMaster Restore.
This was the best experience I’ve had with any type of construction in 59 years. They were here fast, explained everything exactly, always told us who’d be here and when. The owner was always checking in on us and the staff was so punctual, polite, and capable. Every square inch of our multi faceted job is perfect. Thank you so much !!!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this company! Gerard and his team assisted me right away when I had a leak in my house from my toilet causing water damage from the second floor to the basement. They helped answer all of my questions, were polite and professional but still "down to earth" and able to joke around. They were very thorough in their inspections making sure to not miss anything. Something I found specifically helpful was that they work closely with my insurance company taking me out of the equation as the middle an which made dealing with the situation a lot easier. Hoping I never have to need their assistance again lol, but if so 10/10 would recommend!
Had a massive water leak at my house. My insurance company called Service Master, and they were out quickly. They took the time to walk me through the process and started clean up right away. The crew was professional, caring, and hardworking. You couldn’t ask for more when you are experiencing what feels like a disaster. While I hope I never have to call on them again, it’s reassuring to know that they are around if you need them.
Grace was an Angel sent to us after a puff back. Besides the soot damage, we were dealing with a family member in the hospital who needed to come home and couldn’t go to a hotel during covid. Grace took care of everything and I mean everything. She kept in contact with the insurance co, constantly stayed in touch with me updating me. She had all damages removed, and cleaned every inch of the house including the basement in record time. Every person she brought in was courteous and very respectful of the person in our home who was recovering from surgery. The entire team worked efficiently and quietly. It was an extremely stressful time but not only are these individuals professionals, they are very compassionate and considerate individuals. I can’t recommend them highly enough or thank them enough. God bless you for your work!
ServiceMaster cleaning assessment services was the provider for the massive cleaning efforts provided to my mother after a kitchen fire. They were pleasant and very prompt. Arriving the day after the fire, they immediately assessed the damages and assisted in dealing with the cost assessment for cleaning, laundry and electrical servicing as well as cost value for items to be replaced. The people assigned to clean for us were quiet and friendly. They worked diligently and kept us abreast of things that needed to be replaced in the kitchen due to smoke damage. Rose helped us by ensuring that we received reimbursement for dry goods and containers as well as informing us when it was discovered the ceiling tiles would have to be replaced. Theron communicated with us directly to make sure our necessities were replaced promptly and even hung the curtains up himself when they were returned. We would recommend the ServiceMaster cleaning service and Theron from Linens and Electronics to assist with restoration any day.ServiceMaster was our provider for all repairs to the kitchen. John responded promptly to us for updates on when the replacement items for our kitchen were available for installation. I don't have worker names for the contractors, but every employee was hard working and knowledgeable. They arrived timely and made every effort to be not only efficient, but friendly and accommodating. They worked very diligently and with as little disruption as possible. All came to the house prepared for the tasks to be performed each time. If issues arose for items needing repair such as in replacing my mother's sink, they informed us promptly of their findings so we were able to provide new materials to replace the sink, faucet and brackets as well as plumbing repairs to drain. They work hard without supervision and were honest and dependable. The kitchen repairs came out beautifully from refinishing the cabinets to placing the new backsplash and countertop. We would recommend ServiceMaster contracting for repairs any day as well.
I couldn't have asked for a better company. Their workers are fast, friendly and enjoy their jobs which make them an asset to their employment. If I would ever need a restoration company in the future...I would hope Service Master was available to do the job.
Grace may our cleaning situation easy and stress free. Dave was great to work with very understanding and caring. The crew was awesome, professional and fast.
Had smoke damage throughout the house due to an old oil furnace catching fire. The Service Master cleaning and construction team both performed professionally.Grace, Rosy and her team were the very professional cleaners that removed heating oil smells and soot off of everything in the house. Truckloads of damaged stuff were removed.John P, the lead contractor drew up the contract of repairs and replacements required. He worked with me on getting a gas furnace in instead of oil furnace as listed in contract. He worked with me on the insurance deductible too!Marius and Diana painted my home making it look new again, taking pride in their work.Their floor technician did an awesome job installing carpeting and linoleum, thank you!.The subcontractors - plumbing, hvac, clothes cleaning services were all outstanding. The house has never looked so good!Pics may come later.
After coming home from a 12-hour shift, I found the house completely filled with smoke and a fire burning in the basement. When the fire had been put out, it was determined by the insurance company that the house contents had to be taken out, cleaned and the house gutted and rebuilt. After asking around and with a recommendation from the insurance company I decided to go with Service Master to do both the clean out and the rebuild. Within an hour, Grace from Service Master arrived and got things moving, explaining to me the whole procedure. She was kind, considerate and compassionate.John was the general contractor in charge of the rebuild. The work was done with quality and he had a lot of money saving ideas as well as ideas for upgrades while the opportunity was there. He kept the construction moving forward at a good pace.Everyone that was on the clean out, reconstruction and move back did great work. They all were conscientious and worked hard. The gutting of the house was especially hard and dirty work, but I did not hear one single complaint. They got in there and did what needed to be done.If you are ever in the unfortunate situation where you need this type of work done, I would highly recommend this company.
